LOADED LAFTAS ANNOUNCE LEGEND AWARD WINNER: ROB BRYDON

The gong will be collected at the award ceremony on Wednesday 8th February, hosted by Greg Burns. As ever, the Loaded LAFTAS – a highlight of the entertainment industry calendar – recognises the UK’s top comedic talent, across all genres. But this year’s big nod goes to the multi-award winning Welsh comedian, actor, writer and presenter winning the glory for his cemented reputation and outstanding contribution to the industry. Rob is joined at the ceremony by a circle of stellar comic talent including Alan Carr, Leigh Francis, Micky Flanagan, Jimmy Carr, Isy Suttie, Andi Osho and Tim Vine. Other confirmed TV guests include Fresh Meat stars Jack Whitehall and Greg McHugh. In an interview in Loaded’s most recent issue, which hits shelves on 1st February, Rob commented: “It’s still sinking in. What can I say, you’d be hard pushed to argue that my contribution to comedy has been significant, but as decades go, the last one has been good for me. Prior to that, I was an amusing voiceover in commercials and the odd radio show, so I’m glad you’ve looked back at this decade.” Once again the exclusive cooko club, Swallow Street (Off Regent Street), London W1B 4EZ plays host to the event on Wednesday 8th February from 12pm (guest arrivals) and 1pm (awards followed by lunch).
